NICEIC Electrical Testing
Our NICEIC approved Electricians can provide electrical inspection and electrical testing for both commercial and domestic properties. Prices for electrical testing starts from £99 for up to 6 circuits (a typical 1 bed flat). Documentation is provided pass or fail, all passed tests come with full NICEIC certification, if the test highlights potential electrical faults our electricians will offer professional advice on how to rectify any problems and if necessary provide a free quote for any remedial works.
Landlords are required to carry out BS7671 IEE tests which must be completed by a trained electrical tester. Failure of your electrics to conform to standard regulations may put your rental property and tennants at risk, and some insurance companies may not pay out.
We offer a same day service for landlords requiring a periodic test inspection report - EICR condition reports. We have special rates for landlords and letting agents of multiple properties and can arrange a suitable time to meet or collect keys from the letting agents.
